Jewish Vocational Service’s Transitions to Work program enables young adults with disabilities to develop the skills needed for employment through on-site training, internships and job placement in meaningful competitive employment.

Grantmaking Overview

Over the years, the Foundation's grantmaking fell into three major categories: Capital Support, Multi-year Project Support and Strategic initiatives.  The Initiatives supported the efforts of community-based organizations working to improve the quality of life of local residents.

Today, the Foundation’s strategic grantmaking consists of a combination of traditional interest areas and an exploration of new ones.  See our  Current Interests.
